First encountered last week. I am directly subscribed to ESPN +. I have done a reset and unplugged it and signed out and deleted app and called ESPN and Roku customer service. Neither came up with a solution.
Edward26 First or all I am a Roku user like you and not employed by Roku. I have the ESPN app installed on several Roku devices and TCL Roku TVs. In the last one or two weeks my ESPN app has been extremely slow on all of my Roku devices but it does work. I login to the ESPN using my TV provider which is YouTubeTV and using my Disney+ email and password to login to ESPN +. Exactly what happens when you attempt to login using your Disney account? I just logged out of my ESPN+ account and was able to log back in with no problem. If I know exactly what error message you are getting I will try to help. It sounds like you have done all the right things to solve your problem. Very frustrating I am sure.
