Does the Internet provider charge you for the app that is

I have Roku and I want to set up the CTV on the app (which I did) but it says I have to give them my Internet provider but will my Internet provider charge me for having this app on the Roku? Thank ...

I think if you look again, they are probably asking for your TV provider. (Which is OK because they are already charging you for that channel.) I've never heard of a Roku app that cares about your internet provider.
