Disney+ and ESPN app keeps return to the home screen

My disney plus and ESPN are not even letting me on the app. I don't know why i've done the main things uninstalling, restarting, etc. It's still not letting me onto the apps.

    I’m having the same issue. No other apps are having this problem and there are no error messages. I click on Disney plus, the blue screen saying “Disney plus” pops up and then returns me back to home screen. I’ve tried the restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling the app too.
