So far it's only when watching live tv, not cloud dvr recordings, and at totally random time intervals. There's no more troubleshooting steps I can do, even according to the phone support team. I hope it's fixed in the 24-36 hours he stated because this isn't acceptable long term. If it retained the buffer it wouldn't be as bad.
