Customer support, Scam Issue
I have 2 Roku boxes and an app on my smart TV. I called customer support to see if I could get the Roku Sights on my TV. The customer support person walked me through the process, and he said it would get it on my TV. It did not do the job. He then had me open an app for Home Depot and order a gift card, and wanted me to go through the process of entering all my info, and then wanted me to enter my credit card information. I refused, he kept on talking so I could not get a word in at all, then said he would block my account if I did not give it to him. I told him he had to do what he needed to d but I would NOT put the credit card info on the phone. I told him I was going to hang up. After I hung up, I received nine phone calls with hang-ups. I never got the info that I asked for.
