The Roku channel will not play anything. I’ve tried restarting everything and that did not help. Any suggestions?

We appreciate you letting us know about the issue you've encountered with The Roku Channel not playing content. We would be more than happy to assist. Could you please provide us with the following information:
- Who is your ISP (internet service provider)?
- What is your IP address (from http://whatismyip.com)?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
Once we receive the information, we'll pass it along to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation.

You received all that information almost 3 months ago. There are several of us that have not heard back from Roku in two months. Look at Twitter and see the complaints.
