I have the same problem with Cinema Box. The steps below did not work. Every time a movie is selected in Cinebox, it just exists the app. No other app has a problem.
- Remove the channel: navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel
- Perform a system reboot: navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart
- Re-install the channel: navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel

I also did this several times trying to get it or Movieland back and it does not show up in store. I have just left mine off till this network or cinemabox comes back. I check it from time to time and then shut the TV back off. Somebody needs to assist this developer in getting it back up, otherwise I will just stay on my antenna and forget ROKU. I live in an area where I can get local independent networks from 3 cities and rely very little on ROKU if the right networks aren't available, like CinemaBox and Movie Land.

Cinema Box is just the repackaged/backup to the Movieland channel/app.
The developer did not respond well to issues when it was Movieland, and users will likely experience the same experience with Cinema Box.
While it has some very good movies, like its predecessor, some will work, while some won't. At other times, the entire channel/app will stop working and then it will be fixed and start working again. With this channel/app, you will just have to learn to enjoy what you get, when you get it.
There really is no fix that Roku can deploy to get these issues sorted on your Roku devices.
If you run into an issue with Cinema Box, try using Movieland. If experiencing the same issue, then both are likely using the same source server for the particular content and will need to be resolved by the developer(s).

edited to add... just as an fyi, both of these are loading up fine on an Ultra 4660 (US-based). Does take a bit for the "channel feed" to load.

I tried this! Same problem as before! Same movies even! Now even more movies! It’s not on my end.
