We noticed you're having trouble with your Roku and we'd like to learn more to see how we can get this one up.

- When did this issue first occur?
- Could you please specify what Roku Device/TV you're having problems with?
- Did you receive any recent software updates prior to this issue?
If you haven't tried any troubleshooting, we would recommend performing a system by navigating to Home > Settings > System > Power > System restart. Then try again and see if that makes a difference.
With more details, we can isolate the issue. We are waiting for your prompt response.
