Channel guide "No Information "

So, it looks like once a year the channels guide on the Roku LiveTV app dissapears. In all the posts there is no real solution, what gives?

I have a Roku stick and a Vizio TV, both have the same issue, so it must be a Roku LiveTV app issue.

Push and update and please fix.

  • Thank you for keeping us updated, Jbwhite!

We're glad to hear that it worked again and you can get back on streaming now.

For future reference, we suggest manually checking for software updates on your Roku streaming devices under Settings > System > Software updates > Check Now. For further information about this, you can visit our official Support article on How to update the software on your Roku streaming device.

Also, you can try to perform a system reboot by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart. If the issue will occur again.

If you need help with anything, please don't hesitate to contact us again. We'd be more than happy to continue doing so.

    Happy Streaming!

    Best regards,
    Carly

I'm having the same problem but this year there is no recent update to explain why it broke

Must be on the server side

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, SLCS915 Jbwhite!

Firstly, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your streaming on Live TV, and in this case, we'd be more than happy to coordinate this with the appropriate Roku team for further investigation and correction.

With this being said, kindly provide us with the following details below:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • A photo of the channel guide.

We'll be looking forward to your response as we are more than eager to help you get back on streaming effectively.

    Best regards,
    Carly
