    It seems you're also having issues turning on the closed captions on Disney+. For further help, it is best to contact the channel provider for additional help.

By the way, I’ve noticed that subtitles on Disney+ sometimes just don’t show up for certain movies or episodes — even if they’re listed as available. Could be that the content itself just isn’t fully updated.
