BritBox Error: “Something Has Gone Wrong” Message

ever since I signed up for a year of premium I can bring the app up but when I  click on an episode it says something has gone wrong that I already have a subscription with roku and to go to britbox .com to continue

    We noticed you're experiencing issues with the BritBox app, where an error message appears when you try to play an episode. Let's gather more details on this. 

    • Does this issue occur with all content on the BritBox app, or is it limited to a specific title?
    • Have you tried accessing other apps to see if the issue occurs there as well?
    • When did the issue first start? 

    In the meantime, please restart your system by going to Settings > System > Power. If you don’t see a Power submenu, simply skip to the next step and select System Restart. Once the restart is complete, try opening the app again.
