Can’t resume movies but can play new titles, website on macbook

I was watching on the Roku channel website on my phone because I was out and now that I’m home I wanted to resume my movie on my computer, but it just freezes at the frame I was at and won’t play anything. My connection is fine and I was able to play other titles but can’t figure out how to play the movie I was already watching
