Bones Episodes Playing Out of Order

was there ever a solution to this? I just got to season 3 and the finale is missing.

      no sounds from episode except the background music of show

      Season 3 episode 11 is playing as season 4 episode 1 and season 3 episodes 12-15 are all labeled as 1 episode earlier, i.e. episode 12 is playing when you should be watching 11. Also season 4 episode 1 doesn't play at all, the problem appears to end on season 4 episode 2 which is playing normally.
