It's been two weeks and this episode still has this issue of no spoken audio. It's really ruining the last season for us.

I am experiencing this same issue. S12E8 plays the musical track, but the not the spoken audio, with exception of a few garbled, unintelligible speech at an almost muted level.
I completed the troubleshooting and still have the same problem.
It looks like Hulu has been working on the problem. Is there any update by now?

The issue I reported appeared on my TV using a Roku Ultra.
After posting, I remembered the Android app, which I don't use much. I discovered thar the episode plays normally on the app. So at least I have a workaround for now.

Season 3 episode 11 is playing as season 4 episode 1 and season 3 episodes 12-15 are all labeled as 1 episode earlier, i.e. episode 12 is playing when you should be watching 11. Also season 4 episode 1 doesn't play at all, the problem appears to end on season 4 episode 2 which is playing normally.
