Hello MikkiD
Thank you for letting us know that the NCTVN app on your Roku is stuck on a blank gray screen upon launching. We'd like to coordinate this with our team. Please share with us the following:
- Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID, OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
- App build version (highlight the app > press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
We're looking into it.Roku Community Team

After removing the channel, but BEFORE reinstalling it, did you RESTART** your Roku to clear its memory cache? Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall. This is not a cure-all but at least it will assure you of having an uncorrupted copy of the current channel app.
Depending on your Roku model number you'll find the "System restart" option under either "Settings > System > Power" or under "Settings > System". If you don't have sufficient control to use the menus, or if it is just more convenient, you can also restart by pulling the power plug for a short while, then plugging it back in.
**On a Roku TV with "Fast TV Start" enabled, turning the TV off/on only puts you in/out of a low power standby state, it does NOT give you a complete restart. Use the methods above.- MikkiDBinge Watcher
I wasn’t sure that I had done it in that order so I went back in and did it using those exact steps and it’s still doing the same thing.

Thanks for keeping us posted, MikkiD!
Is this the only app that's having this issue? Also, can you share any photo of the exact behavior of the problem so we can check it out further?
