Antenna channels have incorrect labels

I am having a different but similar issue. My antenna channels have incorrect labels on the channel map. The PBS channel is showing up on CBS channel according to the channel guide. How can this be f...

    Thank you for keeping us posted, markgeorg1234!

    We'd like to know if you have tried to rescan your antenna channels. If you have not yet done so, please follow the steps outlined below.

    1. Navigate to Settings > TV Inputs.
    2. Then, scroll down and navigate to Live TV 
    3. Select Scan for Channels and proceed to Start Finding Channels

    For a detailed guide, please refer to this support article on How to set up and watch live TV on your Roku TV system.

Here is the pic of my Roku screen. Channel 17.1 is suposed to be the local CBS channel in Raleigh. However, the Roku channel guide shows PBS.

    I responded to you with a screenshot already. Not all off air channels are doing this, just the 2

      We understand that you may be confused about the incorrect labels on your antenna channels, and we want to help you further.

      Could you please share more information about this issue? 

      • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
