Antenna channels and favorites

We have only had our new Roku TV for 4 days and have had to scan multiple times for the antenna channels.  Every time we turn the TV off it resets and deletes the antenna channels and the favorites l...

Try Settings, System, and then Zip Code. Make sure it's correct. Then go to Power, Power On and check the Live TV box.

    Do you have "Fast start" enabled on your Roku TV?  If not, perhaps this would fix your problem.

    1. Press Home on your Roku TV remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Power.
    5. Select Fast TV Start.
    6. Highlight Enable 'Fast TV Start', and check the box to enable it.
