AMC+ application not working??

Same problem different tv! I have the Roku tv 50r4ax and this problem started after a family member deleted the app off another Roku device in the house! Now it works on the other devices except mine and I’m the one paying for the app to watch a favorite show! Ridiculous! I’ve tried all the tricks apart from factory reset which I’m trying not to do! I hope I would need to go through that to fix this problem!

AMC+ stopped working on my Roku tv. I restarted the app, deleted the app, unplugged the TV and restarted Roku. Nothing fixed it and the apo still doesn’t work.

        Welcome, cstambush!

If this is the only app you're having trouble with, please reach out directly to the app provider, as each app on Roku is maintained by its developer.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

It started when a family member deleted amc+ off another Roku device in the house which deleted the app off all the devices since they r all linked! So when I redownloaded amc+ when it starts the logo comes on and then it goes all black and stays black! It does not kick me back to the Roku home screen it just stays in the amc+ app but it’s all black and I can’t see anything! I can’t hit the home button and go back to the Roku Home Screen or I can hit the back button and that asks me if I want to exit the app! If I say no it goes back to the all black! If I say yes it takes me back to the Roku Home Screen! I have tried troubleshooting it and deleting it and restarting the Roku tv and the adding again but it still does the same thing! I have checked for updates and it’s up to date! I don’t know what to do to fix this issue please help!
