Hey everyone,
We know some of you are having trouble with the YouTube app – it's going black during playback.
Update 1/20: We're looking into it right now.
If you're experiencing this, could you tell us:
- Your Roku device info (DID and OS build) - found in Settings > System > About
- Your Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times)
- If possible, record a short video of it happening
- The YouTube app version
