Just bought the Ultra, worked for 1 day and now having this issue. Should I return it and wait until this is fixed to get another? If it's an issue with the last update how can we fix with no internet? Would a factory reset work? Very frustrating.

Tried all the troubleshooting steps. Thought it might have been an issue with DHCP so I tried assigning, no change
