I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried every reset option, unplugged my TV for a few minutes before plugging it back in, reset my modem and router, disabled network pings in the hidden menu, tried to update the software, EVERYTHING. It lets me connect to my phones mobile hotspot but not my router. I noticed the issue a few days ago and thought it was a network issue, so I went to sleep and when I woke up it had reconnected. The next day it was gone again and I can’t reconnect anymore. I was able to turn my TV on Via my mobile app which you can only do when it’s on the same network. But after turning it on my phone disconnected from it and the TV wasn’t getting internet. Is there a way to revert the TV back to an older software version? Whatever you guys did in the last update ruined my TV.
