We had a blip in the power during a rain storm and now Roku won't connect to the Internet.
I have tried resetting everything and nothing works. I have validated that my password is correct and all connections are secure.
NOTHING WORKS!
Why won't it connect???
The hotspot DID NOT work on the TV, but worked on all other devices. Also - network reset did not work.
All my other devices connect to the Internet fine - it's just Roku that won't connect.
Could it be that my streambar is bad after the power blip? The orange/red light is still blinking.

We see that it did not connect to the mobile hotspot just fine. Can you tell us how far the Roku is from the router?

The router is sitting right next to the table the TV sits on. I'm not aware of an update.
No - the TV did not work using the hotspot!!!
It happened after the power blip that lasted only a second! I've never had this happen before.

To help us investigate further, can you share the following info?
- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
