    Hey everyone,

    We believe this issue has been resolved.

    For all impacted customers, please advise them to perform a System Restart by navigating to:
    Settings > System > Power > System Restart
    This should resolve the black screen issue occurring during Live TV.

    If any users continue to report this issue, please update this JIRA with a new Tracker ID and include their OS Version for further investigation.

My Hisense 58in Roku screen keep going black about every 20 minutes Only when im watching Live tv. I tried everything except for factory reset.When im watching screen go black and i cant hear anything, until i tap back or up down button to change channel, this started around July 16 or 17,2025.I DID EVERYTHING BUT FACTORY RESET. I CHANGED HDMI, I Switched INPUTS, I restarted tv, i updated tv, restarted wifi and unplugged tv. I brought My tv almost 8months ago. Can SOMEONE HELP ME SOLVE THIS ANNOYING PROBLEM?
