[SOLVED] Roku Channel: Missing Saved List & Continue Watching

Hi Community users,

We've received reports from Roku users that the Saved List, Continue Watching, other recommendations, and Favorites features are missing from The Roku Channel and TRC Live.

Update: 6/28 12 PM PST

We believe the issue is now resolved.

Previous update: 6/28 10 am PST

We're investigating the issue and working to understand why these features are unavailable.

In the meantime, you can still access your recently watched content on some channels through their apps.

We'll update this thread as soon as we have more information. We appreciate your patience while we work on a resolution.

    My favorite channels list is gone. Stop messing with things. I find this not too funny.

      Saved List and continue watching are gone from Roku Channel...I even contacted Roku Channel through chat...they told me that they had removed the features because no one liked them...that's all I use...seems like i wasted so much  time looking for shows and movies to watch or continue watching...and now Roku does something like this to viewers...makes no sense...bring the Saved List and Continue Watching back...we miss them...

        Yep. I use it all the time. I think it's baloney they said no one liked them! 

        Plz ROKU --PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS.

      My Saved List is gone as well as my Continue Watching menu. Really bothersome since Im in the middle of watching a long series that has a name that makes it difficult to search for. 

      I, for one second, don’t believe “no one likes them” is the reason these are currently missing. If that is the excuse Roku is standing behind, then their data collection is seriously skewed on this topic.

        Was hoping this was a bug and not an intentional feature of the What to Watch redesign.

        I noticed it immediately when I went to turn on my kitchen TV, then came in to watch on my main TV, and it had not been turned off. It happened right before my eyes I was looking at my continue watching, the TV flickered and it was gone!

    Same here. All my saved programs/movies gone as well as Continue Watching. Plus seems a very limited Home Screen which makes it pretty difficult to find them again without remembering titles.

      What kind of Roku to you have? 

      I have the little Express 4K. No Roku tv. 

      My fav channels and recently watched has not come back yet.

    Something else kind of interesting, it also seems to have affected my Peacock continue watching.

    I know this is probably not possible, but I thought I had at least several shows that I was continuing to watch on Peacock, and when I checked it there was only one. And I know for a fact there was another one that I was several episodes into in the last day that has disappeared.

    This is probably just a coincidence (although a weird one), but I thought I better mention it on the off chance that it might help you to figure out what has gone wrong on your end!

    I can save a program or movie, but there is no saved list category to be found anywhere to stream later. Saved a bunch yesterday. 

    Saved list and continue watching features are gone. They were on the screen yesterday. Please fix, thank you.

      Still there for me under "what to watch". If you don't see "what to watch" turn it on at settings/home screen. Just to let you know it's not a universal problem. version 13.0.0 build 24056
