Probably related to the same problem we're all experiencing that they've ignored and failed to fix. Roku TVs of all brands are randomly shutting down right after startup, most likely due to a poorly written untested software update.

STILL waiting for Roku to resolve your issue. All useless FAQ suggestions do NOT resolve the issue. It is extremely annoying. Maybe people should buy FireTVs this holiday season instead. Tired of having to turn the TV on twice

Hi Roku Community,
We’re aware that some Roku TV users are experiencing an issue where their TV shuts off shortly after being powered on.
Update 11/22: We've identified the bug and may have a fix. We're asking to send this fix to customers who are affected for testing. Thanks to everyone who reported this issue—it's impacting a small subset of users, and we're working to resolve it quickly.
If you'd like to participate in testing the fix, please send me a PM with your Roku TV's Device ID (Settings > System > About).
For visibility, we’ve marked this post as Solved, though the issue is still being investigated.

How can something be listed as solved when it's still being investigated?

My tv keeps randomly shutting off and turning on I’ve by itself. I’ve tried the remote and battery trick some suggested. I even factory reset it and it started turning off before I could get the WiFi back setup. This thing is pissing me off. I need HELP!!!!

Looks like a power supply issue. Return the TV if it is still under warranty or contact Hisense they normally tell you to destroy your TV and send them a photo before they send you a new one.
