On my ultra 4k Paramount plus opens but will not play. I have updated everything I can. I have reset wifi. The app plays on my Hisense Tv but will not play on Roku ultra 4k. I can not delete the app. Please advise.

I am having the same issue. We have deleted app, restarted, reinstalled app and nothing. Paramount plus is the only app not working.

I’m currently having the same issue, done everything and still won’t play anything. The app on my phone works fine, it’s definitely ROKU.

It appears that you are experiencing the same Paramount+ problem. Could you provide a little more information so I can send this along to the team?
- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home 5X, then press Back button 5X)

Wish I had seen this before I created a new post because I'm suddenly experiencing this exact same issue, but there are no updates available and absolutely nothing I've tried has resolved it. Nothing more irksome than paying for a premium subscription I can't even access!

No it did not work. Tried it on multiple TVs which have different Roku devices on each

We'd like to coordinate this with the team. Share with us the following:
- Roku device model, serial number, and device ID (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID and OS version (press the Home button 5 times, then the Back button 5 times)
- App build version (This can be found by selecting the app on the Home screen and pressing the * button).

It is still not working. I find it interesting that the APP goes out when Roku starts a promotion for Paramount+ through the Roku channel. Any here is the requested information.

digitallaw , are you using any kind of ad-blocker? I believe someone else reported Paramount+ didn't work with his ad-blocker enabled.
