Fanduel TV app on the Roku device won't allow me to enter into my Fanduel account. I tried clearing cache, doesn't help. The login stops at 2nd authentication page. What am I doing wrong?

    I did contact FanDuel they referred me back to Roku support. I've tried for a day to login to the FD app on Roku. It doesn't work. I've cleared cache, re-enter name and password I've been locked out of my FD account over 2x. I can get on the account using the fire sticks we have, mobile and computer. I believe the issue is with Roku. One thing the Fire stick has is 3 different ways to login.

      • Device info (Settings > System > About)
      • Picture of the screen
      • Tracker and GC (Home 5x, Back 5x)
      • Which specific app(s) are affected? (Is this the only app affected?)

        I too and others reporting issues with FanDuel on Roku TV. Mine is TCL. It’s not a FanDuel issue as works on my other set and I can play app on phone and Air Play to TV as work around. I was with Roku specialist yesterday and after hour of customer service plus specialist I as cut off and too late to start from square 1. My guess is an update that caused glitches in some of these Roku TVs resulting issues FanDuel app. It’s recent as of last week.
