Audio continuation during menus
I have 2 Roku streaming sticks, one for the living room TV and one for the basement den. On one, the audio from the program I'm watching will continue as I look through other menus, but on the other it drops out entirely to silent. I can't figure out which setting to change to allow the audio to continue as I browse menus.Solved50Views1like7CommentsWhat wireless speakers are compatible with 9102x roku soundbar?
Theres so many models are they all compatible? like 9030x speakers, 9020x speakers, and 100002419 model speakers. I tried to ask chat/agent but they kept talking to me like I was asking about what speakers i can buy..like i understand theres a subwoofer and external speakers but theres several different individual model numbers and brandings. They couldn't understand this cause of the language barrier. Like some say roku and ONN which is walmart branding. Are those compatible with the 9102x? Or are some only compatible with ROKU TV's? Theres zero explanation anywhere past a certain point with the 1 model. Let me know what you guys know. Appreciate it!Solved86Views1like5CommentsRoku Streambar Model 9102X keeps crashing
I’ve purchased this week my Streambar model 9102X which keeps crashing after starting and connecting to Internet. It immediately requests me to update the software then starts loading the update then suddenly crashes. Screen is black, the Streambar light blinks orange. I’ve replaced the HDMI cable without success, reset, factory reset, power chord disconnected, placed a fan next to it to cool it down and nothing seems to works. any assistance would be highly appreciated.Solved124Views1like9CommentsWhat is best Roku Ultra earphone replacement
The wired earphones that came with my Roku Ultra had the best audio clarity (for dialogue) I have encountered. Now they have broken, and no longer can be purchased from Roku. Has anyone found any commercial (budget) earphones that can compare? Or know who the supplier was for Roku, and whether they might still be available as a private brand? Am disappointed in Roku support for ending those earphones' availability.79Views1like6CommentsHow to connect Roku TV to Old A/V Receiver
Hello Everyone: I have a Roku smart TV that has HDMI/Arc. I would like to play audio from the TV through my older Harman/Kardon AVR70 receiver, which has component (audio in) connections. What hardware would I need to convert the HDMI audio signal to one I can use with my component receiver? What would be the steps I would need to take in software settings on the TV to make it work? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.Solved92Views1like1CommentNo sound on other channels Roku Streambar SE on Sony TV
Bought the Roku Streambar SE today. It has no sound on other channels outside of HDMI 3, which is the ARC port. I have factory reset the device, I have tried different HDMI cables, and I have disabled and reenabled the CEC and eARC settings. Bravia Sync was turned on an off. It only plays sound from HDMI 3 which is the Roku Streambar itself. I'm probably going to return this because it seems to just be defective. This is a last ditch effort to try and get it to function outside of the one HDMI input.Solved49Views1like1CommentAdd Bluetooth Audio Pairing for Speakers and Headphones
I’d really appreciate it if Bluetooth audio pairing could be added to the TV. Right now, there’s no way to connect wireless headphones or third-party Bluetooth speakers directly, which makes it harder to enjoy private listening or use modern setups without extra equipment. Even though I don’t use Bluetooth headphones myself, I’d still like the option to pair speakers or other devices. Other platforms like Roku offer private listening through their app or direct pairing on select models. It would be great if Vizio could offer something similar—either through a firmware update or built-in support on future TVs. Thanks for considering this feature.Solved182Views0likes5CommentsNo sound/Stuttering Sound error
