Roku Indian regional font issue
Hi , We observed some font issues in Roku . 1. Font issue : Roku default font does not support Indian regional fonts.[/font][/size][/color]When we add any Indian language string to any label component . It does not render properly.It shows square boxes. 2. We try to use some third party font files"NIRMALAS.ttf",assuming Roku default font does not support Indian languages.Hहनिदी" which is not correct . Ideally it should display "हिन्दी".[/font][/font][/size][/color] Please help if anyone earlier faces this issue or any suggestions you have. let us know if you need any additional information.
Video Node Stream Error
We are Tudip Technologies, from Pune India and we are working on a Roku Screen Graph Application of playing ISM Streams. We have created a video node to play the live stream using following details: Stream url: "http://192.188.183.97:1934/liveedge/smil:cbs_hd.smil/Manifest" StreamFormat: "ism" SwitchingStrategy:"full-adaptation" The stream plays but many a times it throws out these two errors and the video freezes: An unexpected problem (but not server timeout or HTTP error) has been detected. -3 There was an error in the HTTP response. This could mean that malformed HTTP headers or an HTTP error code was returned. -1 We have been working on Video node from sometime now and have never faced such error. Please help us out.
