Help Needed – "mm_icon_focus_hd" Manifest Error Preventing Public App Submission
Hello Roku Community, I’m trying to submit my Roku channel package to start the certification process for public publishing. However, I keep encountering the following error during the upload process: Manifest is missing a required attribute: "mm_icon_focus_hd" I’ve thoroughly reviewed and updated all manifest requirements and project files according to Roku's documentation. As far as I can tell, this attribute is properly configured, yet the system continues to flag it as missing, preventing me from proceeding with the upload. I’m unsure if this is a platform-side issue or if there's something subtle I'm overlooking. Additionally, I’ve contacted Roku Developer Support three times over the past few weeks. Each time, I waited more than 7 days, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. Went to the ip addy put in rokudev and my password, uploaded the file to install and then get that stupid screen with the digi sad face that says the address is either offline or moved permanently. Ive undone the dev installer then redid it and changed passwords and same thing.... Hello Roku, Its been a month since Apple issued updates for this, including the SDK. I have not seen anything from you. I’m staying in a hotel right now, and from my room I can see hundreds of AirPlay devices: TVs, speakers and even some Roku devices. It would be good to know that people can’t use roku devices as a bridge into the network. I’m glad I travel with a pocket router, but even that is getting port scanned as I write this. Please advise.

Issue with opening the channel page in Channel Store after updating Roku Ultra from version 13.1.4 to 14.0.4 After updating Roku Ultra from version 13.1.4 to version 14.0.4, I can no longer open the channel page in the Channel Store using the command launch/11?contentID=XX. I am developing an iOS app and a Roku channel. To navigate to my channel's page in the Channel Store, the iOS app uses the command http://myroku.dom.ain:8060/launch/11?contentID=XX (where XX is the app ID). After updating to version 14.0.4, when the mobile app sends the command launch/11?contentID=XX, the Roku device opens the Channel Store on the home page, but it no longer navigates to the channel page. Before the update to OS 14.0.4, the Channel Store would open and navigate to the app page (XX), where the user just needed to press the button on the remote to install the channel. Could you please tell me which command I can use in OS 14.0.4 to open the Channel Store on my channel's page as it worked before OS version 14? Thank you!
Channel Store Products only show up for Developer ID, not test id's or normal users.
Hello All, I have a channel that I am setting up for a subscription service. I have gone through the roku pay setup and everything looks good. My channel is setup as a Testing for Billing Purposes. I have 1 roku device logged in to my developer id and a second roku device logged into a account setup as a test user for that channel. When I side load my channel onto my developerid account, the channel store returns the correct products and catalog items. When I side load my channel onto my "testuser" account, the channnel store returns the FAILPROD, PROD1 catalog items? Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?Unable to Take Screenshots
I have setup my device successfully and have my side-loaded app open on my device. I have accessed the "https://192" address, selected "Utilities" and then selected the "Screenshot" button but it give me an error: "Screenshot not ok". I have adjusted my settings between 1080p and 4K. I am testing this app but I don't know how to take screenshots to provide to my team. Thanks
