Forced creation of community account
Roku blocked me from accessing all account information unless I created a user name for this community. Then, Roku does not allow you any support unless you create a support account, effectively blocking you out of your account unless you do what they tell you to do. That cannot be legal.
Roku Ultra has intermittent green flashes
Has anyone ever gotten this issue solved by Roku support? The last post on this is two years old. I don't see any fixes for this problem on this forum, just questions from Roku on model/serial numbers one is using. There seems to be a correlation with Sony TVs and Dolby Vision use. Thanks!
