Arjiemar, I already did that twice and have had the ticket closed on me without resolving the problem. I also followed troubleshooting directions and sent a video of the problem occuring with the tracker id. I have found my own solution and discovered that the problem is a Roku problem of some sort with the Tablo app. I ordered a Fire TV stick that was delivered yesterday. I set it up plugged into my Roku TV and in Fire TV installed the Legacy Tablo app. I have tried out moving through the menu options and viewed several recordings and deleted them with no problems. This means the crashing of the app is a Roku error, no matter how many times Roku Customer Service closes my ticket due to not hearing from their engineering department that is supposed to solve the problem. I hate the Fire TV UI, but at least I can view my Tablo recordings. Re: Legacy Tablo app crash issue after latest 13.1.4 Roku update Has this always been your experience? This just started happening to me in the past 2 months. It kicks me out after going through menu options too, not just after watching a recording. And to clarify, it kicks me out to the Roku home screen not the Tablo home screen/menu options. Legacy Tablo app crash issue after latest 13.1.4 Roku update I'm working with Tablo customer service, but they haven't had any changes to their app recently to change how it's working on my Roku TV. It looks like Tablo isn't the issue, with the last Roku update in August, this makes the most sense on where the issue is. The problem occurs when in various navigations in the Legacy Tablo app, including selecting a recording, deleting a recording and scrolling through recordings, the app will close and kick me back to the Roku TV home screen. This gets frustrating to get kicked out and then have to navigate back to the Tablo app and go back in it and go back to where I was before.
