I bought mine In January and it has never worked hands free and they don’t care. They know it doesn’t work and I have had several people try to fix it but every time it was starting over from scratch repeatedly answering the same questions. This is still popping up on my screen every day and you should by now admit that you have a defective remote control.If I turn it off I get messages and when it’s on I get notifications.
