Just purchased this stick for our RV. We are in a park with very good WIFI. Although ROKU says it is connected to the WIFI I cannot update the ROKU software. Hence I can’t get to streaming… I chose the network but it didn’t prompt me for a password. But says connected???
this stick is just for the RV and when we r traveling.
love some assistance at this point.
