Wi-Fi & connectivity

I have a 55" TCL Roku for over a year and have had no issues. All of a sudden my Wifi disconnected. My TV won't recognize ANY wifi networks when I try scanning. I tried restarting my TV, router, and even doing a factory reset. 

My network band is 2.5 GHZ and running on channel 11. this SHOULD be perfectly compatible with the TV. 

All other devices in the household are connected just fine, AND recognizing other networks as well. I'm not sure what the issue is but this is SO frustrating. I've tried everything and been on hold for over an hour with Roku /: please help

Does the Wireless MAC address that's displayed under Settings->System->About show all zeros?  If so it's a hardware failure that TCL TVs seem to be prone to.  You should be asking TCL for support since they made the TV.
