Roku keeps shutting off after 40 to 60 minutes

Approximately every hour my roku (green lights) turn to the one red light. I have a netgear n600 wifi cable modem router model c3700

It would help to know the model number of your Roku device.  If it's one that uses a USB cable for power make sure you're using the supplied power adapter or a USB power adapter that can supply at least 1 Amp and not the TV's USB port.
