Since yesterday I can't get my Roku device to work. The indicator light is constantly on, and I tried various re-set options to no avail. Even the "factory reset" button will not work. Any ideas?
@avritter What Roku device do you have? Have you unplugged the device and plugged it back in. Unfortunately it may be that the device has failed.
@HDMIGuy I have a Roku Ultra, and yes I have tried the unplug and plug several times to no avail.
