I got the streaming device a day ago, worked well for the evening, but the second day, it keeps disconnecting. I have restarted the device and WiFi router severally but the problem keeps reoccurring. Kindly assist.

From your Roku device, go to Settings/System/About and report back the Model Number as well as the OS version and build number.
Also, who is your ISP (internet service provider) and router model number.
Are you seeing any error messages when disconnects? (errors will usually gibe you a number as well as a message).
