Hello - I recently installed a new router in my home (netgear nighthawk AX1800, wifi 6). All my devices are connecting just fine to this new router, except for my Roku Express+. I have gone through resetting the network, unplugged the modem, router, and roku several times, as well as tried to login several times as well. The Roku can see the router, and lists as have a good connection, but will not connect. The only think I haven't tried is a factory reset.
Also, the device is about 50 feet from the router, and the router is supposed to cover 150 feet.
Please advise.
Thank you.
Good sign that the Express+ sees the network.
Under the Security settings for the 2.4ghz band (password settings) , verify that you have included WPA2-Personal.
Only the Roku Ultra 4850 and the Roku-branded RokuTVs (Pro/Plus series) can use WPA3 and the ax protocol).
From this link https://kb.netgear.com/000060425/How-do-I-enable-WPA3-security-on-my-NETGEAR-router, you can see how to enable WPA3 on the 2.4ghz band. Use the same procedure to enable WPA2 and see if that helps get you connected.
Otherwise, feel free to post back with the model number of Roku device (Settings/System/About) as well as the OS and build number of the Roku operating system. Also include any error numbers you are seeing in the error message box.

Thank you. I will give that a try and post the results.
Success - thank you!
