I have had my Roku Express 4K+ since August with no issues. But, Christmas morning it shut off suddenly and hasn't been back on since. It will power on and gets stuck on the bouncing Roku screen then shuts off again. I have tried to reset it, unplug the cords, tried a new cord, checked the wifi, etc. You name it, we've tried it. Has anyone else had this issue, and did you get it working again?
If you are currently powering your Express 4k+ via the USB power port on your TV, try using a USB wall adapter and plug your device into a wall outlet. If your device did not come with this adapter, you can use a cell phone charging adapter (5volt, 1amp).
