Device connecting to Wireless not a connected Ethernet cable

I have a friend that has 2 Roku Ultras that keep reconnecting to Wireless even though we did a network reset on the devices. The ethernet address is a reserved IP and needed for communication to/from the Control4 system. When the Ultra connects with wireless the reserved IP is not used for communication. When switched back to a wired connection it communicates properly.

Are the credentials for the wireless saved anywhere else (the account) besides the device?

Re: Device connecting to Wireless not a connected Ethernet cable

Hello @RPC_78

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

We recommend rebooting both your router and your Roku device. We would also recommend trying another ethernet cable.
