2710x all of a sudden won't show wifi

My old Roku has been working fine & all of a sudden, it can't find my wifi. Lists 2 others, but they aren't ours. All the other things in my house connected to wifi are fine. Tried unplugging them both & then back on, but didn't work. Please help!

What Wi-Fi channel is your router set to use?  If it's set to "Auto", try using 1, 6 or, 11.  Also, your 2710 only works on the 2.4GHz band.  Some ISPs have been quietly disabling that band in their customer's routers.

Finally, Roku has announced that they're discontinuing support for the 27xx devices.  Soon it won't receive any more software or channel updates.  Now is the time to take advantage of any offers you see at:
