Roku boxes overheat and burnout the wifi dongle

These boxes overheat and burnout the wifi dongle! I have yet to understand why Roku doesn't put vent holes in their boxes/sticks to release the heat, unless they think it will make their product fail that much quicker, so one will have to buy a new one? Just saying that is the only reason I can think of?
