There needs to be a visual, graphical difference in the app between an ‘on’ or ‘off’ power button. When controlling multiple televisions in the same household you can’t currently tell which are on or off without physically getting up to go look.
i use Apple AirPlay which will automatically turns on the chosen device when AirPlay is launched. Sometimes it’s easy to select the wrong tv from the list. You could easily power up someone’s bedroom tv in the middle of the night without being sure you’ve done it. And you don’t want to hit the power button since you aren’t sure it’s status and you don’t want to inadvertently turn it on when you think you’re turning it off.
All of these problems can be solved if the Roku power button on the Roku app changed color to show if a device is powered up. Right now it is always the same color ‘red’ at the same brightness. When I power up the Roku through the app the power button in the app should probably turn ‘blue’ or another color for any device currently powered up and running. ‘Red’ should only be for when the device power is off.
