Screentime management via Roku is non-existent. Yes there's a pin for some content on the Roku Channel. Yes each app has its own restrictions on content. Or not.
What I'm looking for is a top level access PIN. Meaning The TV comes on but you have no access to any channels or settings until a PIN is entered. The one exception would be a PIN recovery method tied to a txt or email or device accessible only by a parent.
