If you are talking about a Roku TV, Roku only supplies the software. They have nothing to do with the hardware. There are enough issues with privacy these days, and I don't think they would want to even acknowledge they track locations. Plus, locations for a single general device like a TV would not be accurate. There is no GPS, so you can't be very specific. IP addresses are not only very general, but can often be very wrong as companies move IP's around as needed.
