Just got the latest Ultra. I had to return the previous model back in May because I couldn't get it to pass through DD 5.1 to my receiver (my receiver gets the 'bitstream' out from my Vizio via optical cable). This new model does that out of the box!
Some feedback on the remote. I have the new FiOS remote that when you pick it up it turns on a backlight. That's a great feature. Also the FiOS remote has AVR IR codes (the remote is a combo IR and wireless just like the Roku). So I can control volume and mute on my receiver. My receiver doesn't have an HDMI in so I can't do it with CEC.
So please add AVR IR codes in an update. And consider the 'raise remote' backlight (if it's not patented).
