My main gripe with Roku is that it has the worst D-Pad of all the remotes of used- Fire TV, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield. All too often I need to double tap the D-Pad to get it to move. I never had this problem with a hard plastic D-pad from the competition. The Roku gel D-Pad has me thinking about switching brands.
A sexier larger remote with illuminated buttons would also be appreciated like the Nvidia Shield.
