Screen mirroring from Android or Windows devices is already supported on current generation Roku devices.  Enable it from the System->Screen mirroring menu.

Sorry but that's irrelevant. Miracast streaming you're referring to is just too slow and lacks good UX. It's only useful for doing occasional photo viewing and presentations.

Chromecast is much better for video.
