Hello. I would like to request a channel devoted to chefs and cooks who specialize in Creole foods. I am not Creole, but I have met many people who are and I watch many chefs/people (i.e. Kevin Belton, Leah Chase, Paul Prudhomme) who are wonderful and would love a channel devoted to this. I have even ordered their merchandise and cooked many dishes to the delights of family and friends. Thank you!
